How Good Diapers Can Improve your Quality of Life

High quality adult diapers are typically equipped with advanced odor control features, such as absorbent cores with odor-neutralizing properties. These features help to minimize or eliminate unpleasant odors, allowing individuals to feel more comfortable and confident in social settings. I’ve found that plastic-backed diapers do this a lot better than cloth-backed diapers. There was one situation where I had worn a cloth-backed diaper somewhere in public many years ago. I remember how easily I smelled the scent of pee; if I could smell it, that meant others could smell it far easier than I could because I was already used to the smell. High quality products provide a high level of protection against leaks and accidents. They help maintain cleanliness and hygiene by containing and trapping bodily fluids, reducing the risk of skin irritation, infections, and associated complications. This is all managed by a dry top layer, where the padding that sits against your skin would feel dry, not...

Learning to be Confident in Diapers

I cannot stress just how important it is to learn how to be confident in your diapers. Nobody cares what you’re wearing. Nobody is looking at your butt or crotch. Nobody is analyzing the lines of your clothes. Everyone is obsessed and lost in their own world to care about what’s going on in yours. Becoming confident in diapers is an essential part of the diaper training process because it’ll help guide and shape you into a better, more attractive person down the line. Finding that inner confidence to be the new and improved you will help you learn to not care what other people think. Do you think that the person with a crazy hair color cares what you think of it? Of course not. Why do you care what strangers think of your diapers? They shouldn’t even know that you’re wearing one. Stop caring about the opinion of those that don’t matter. As you train more and more, adjusting to the changes in your bladder and adapting to wearing diapers can be challenging, but with time and patience, yo...

How to Work out While Diapered

You need to choose the right diaper. Opt for a diaper that provides maximum comfort and absorbency while being discreet under your workout attire. Look for slim-fitting diapers that offer a secure fit and minimize bulkiness. I’ve always preferred Tranquility’s line of products for ultra discreteness. They offer both plastic and cloth-backed products, allowing you to find what works best for you. You need to wear appropriate clothing. Choose workout clothing that helps conceal the diaper. Loose-fitting or layered clothing can help mask any potential bulges or outlines. Dark-colored bottoms, such as black or navy, may also help to minimize visibility. Consider wearing compression shorts or leggings over your diaper. These can help compress the diaper against your body, providing a more streamlined appearance and reducing the chances of it being noticeable. Make sure to use the restroom and change your diaper before your workout session to minimize the chances of needing a change during y...

The Proper Mentality for Diaper Training

Training isn’t a sprint, it’s a long marathon. Everyone eventually reaches the finish line at their own pace. Don’t get discouraged if someone becomes diaper dependent before you. Be happy for them and remind yourself that that’ll be you soon enough. See what worked for them and integrate it into your own method of training. If it works, great! If not, adapt and keep pushing forward. Learn to not care what others think. This is the most important part. There is no point worrying about what strangers think of you because you’ll never meet them again. Do you care what someone on the sidewalk is wearing? No. Do you think about what kind of underwear they’re wearing? No. Do you stare at their butt or crotch? No! People generally don’t stare at people’s butts because it’s just rude. Don’t care what society expects of you. Just like the previous paragraph, learning to not give a damn what society expects of you is nearly as important about your learning to not care what others think of you. ...

How to Minimize the Costs of Wearing Diapers 24/7

Start a blog detailing your 24/7 journey. People love reading about those kinds of experiences. Once you have a decent following from creating quality ABDL content, you can start to monetize it by Patreon, an Amazon Wishlist, and more. As an example, I’m doing a 24/7 messing in diapers only challenge. I offer certain amounts of time to be added onto a timer in return for certain gifts from my wishlist. Not only does this help me afford the higher cost of diapers from messing them all the time, it also helps me adjust to a new manner of conditioning. Buy diapers in bulk. Set up repeated shipments to get a certain percentage off. You can also wait for holiday sales to buy diapers at a big discount. Sign up for all the major diaper makers and wait for sales and exclusive codes for those on the email list. Use an HSA to buy diapers. A health savings account is an account where pretax money is taken from every paycheck to only be used to buy medical items and pay for medical bills. Certain ...

My Solution to Double Diapers

If you’re doing it for fetish, sure, go ahead, but know that you’re wasting a diaper. If you’re doing it to make your diaper last longer, think again. The second, outside diaper usually never gets as wet as the first, inside diaper. Furthermore, prolonged contact against your skin is unhealthy for both your skin and your genital health. Wouldn’t you feel better in a fresh, dry diaper every 4 to 8 hours? I know I do. If you want bulky diapers, I recommend wearing your regular diaper then wear a Rearz Omutsu diaper cover on top. Not only is it super soft and comfortable, it’s so bulky that even when your inside diaper is totally dry, you’d be waddling as soon as you get it on. If you wear it for a few hours then take it off, you’d be amazed at how easily it feels wearing your regular diaper. If you take away all that bulk between your legs, you’d feel a lot better and comfortable wearing your regular diaper because now it feels like you’re barely wearing anything between your legs. If yo...

Tips for Staying Sweat-Free while Diapered

The right clothing is quite essential when diaper training and when you become dependent on diapers. The right article of clothing can make your day super easy or really hard. Gone are the days of wearing form-fitting and revealing clothes; that’s just but one of the many sacrifices one must give up to transition to a better life back in diapers. Wouldn’t you feel more confident diapered in an outfit that completely disguises your diaper? You don’t need to worry about what people see or think of you because they won’t be able to see your diaper through your clothes. When it comes to wearing diapers when it’s hot outside, baby powder can help keep you dry. However, if you use too much, I’m certain you are aware that it can create quite a cloud of powder every time you sit down. The back of your shirt will be covered in the comforting white powder, both on the outside and inside, a telltale sign that something is up. Drawing unnecessary attention to your diaper and your needs is somethin...

I Love Being a Bedwetter

To give up control over something so intimate... To give up control of your bladder to your diaper is an ultimate sign of submission to oneself. Even without a partner, I feel whole because of my diapers. To become so vulnerable to the point where I have no choice but to completely trust my diapers to keep me safe makes me feel content and happy. No longer do I fear using public restrooms. No longer do I feel anxious about people peeking in through the cracks of the stalls. No longer do I need to worry about whether the person who used the potty before me was sanitary with it. To surrender complete control when I am fast asleep is a blessing. To surrender worrying about waking up twice or more every night for years on end to go pee. To surrender all thoughts about lack of sleep, bedwetting without being diapered, and waking up without feeling the security of my soggy diaper every single morning… to live a life without diapers is to lose a part of oneself. All of those things ring true ...

Five Bedwetting Perks

1. Sleep through the whole night without getting out of bed to pee. Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night to go pee? That not only disrupts a perfectly good night of sleep, it makes you feel lethargic the next day. If you have a smaller bladder than most, you can either drink less during the afternoon/evenings and risk dehydration and deal with those issues or you can give in to your body’s needs and wear diapers to bed. Training to bedwet as an adult is nothing to be ashamed about. If wearing diapers to bed means getting the best sleep of your life and waking up feeling amazing every morning, then why not do what’s best for you? There’s no shame in improving any aspect of your life and I believe diapers can do just that.  2. Waking up in a thick, and comforting diaper. I know you love wearing diapers. You wouldn’t be here reading this if you didn’t like them. Wouldn’t wearing diapers to bed also make sense? Waking up in a wet diaper is one of the best feelings; I spe...

Padding at the Gym

If you insist on going to a public gym while in diaper training, you must absolutely remain mentally strong and be super confident. If there was any place for your diapers to be easily discovered, it’s working out at a public gym. Gym shorts do not provide adequate discretion while performing any exercise while in public. Now, I am not saying that you should stop working out altogether, I’m suggesting that you should tweak some things to adjust to your new padded situation. Before I get into it, I fear that those who insist on going to a public gym while diapered will not succeed in diaper training because they are unable to be flexible. Those in diaper training must make certain sacrifices in order to achieve their dream. Going to the gym is one of those. Swimming is another. Wearing certain clothes is yet another. You must be able to adapt to your new normal, that is, wearing diapers 24/7. For example, if people start to notice your diaper while you work out at a gym, surely you...

The Proper Mindset for Diaper Training

Only with the right mindset will you be successful in diaper training. Have you ever had those days where you just don’t have the motivation to stay diapered? Everyone has. What sets you aside from everyone else is how you act when given the choice between putting on the next diaper or not. I’ve found that a lot of people like to give themselves a choice when they first start diaper training. By keeping their old undies, they give themselves a way out of diapers. If you truly want to be successful in training, you shouldn’t think like this because it gives the impression that wearing diapers is temporary or optional. Furthermore, you should heavily consider throwing away all of your panties or boxers. Doing this would keep you from having that backup option. If you had no other option but to put on another diaper, you would simply put on the next diaper. It takes two to four weeks to get used to a new habit and for it to feel normal, like it’s part of your day. If you can manage wearin...

Travelling with Diapers

When it comes to traveling with diapers, there are two main scenarios one will face: driving or flying. Naturally, driving would be the preferred method because you’d be able to pack as many diapers as your heart desires, however, since driving can take a lot longer than flying, you’re faced with a pressing issue: do you prioritize the convenience of getting to your destination faster or do you prioritize the convenience of packing your diapers in your car? Well, you might be surprised that flying may actually take a lot more time than you may think. How long do we spend at airports trying to fly somewhere? We are there at least two hours before the flight leaves and that’s not accounting for delays or cancellations. Then we stand in line waiting for the rental car; good luck getting out of there in under an hour. On your return flight home, you’d have to return the rental car and then go through the same process praying that the flight doesn’t get delayed or canceled. While the flight...

Hypnosis and Bedwetting

Hypnosis and bedwetting combined can be a great tool in achieving your goals in diaper training. Hypnosis really helped me become a bedwetter and once that happened, I saw a sharp decline in my level of bladder capacity and control. In order for you to become a bedwetter like me, you’ll need some supplies and need to do some training first. The necessary supplies are what you’d expect: diapers, underpad, powder, and plastic panties. You need to first find a diaper you can trust to not leak. This diaper must have tall leak guards (You have to pull them up to make them work) and enough padding to last you through several wettings lying down. If you don’t already have the 44x52 Kanech washable underpad, buy it or something similar to sleep and practice wetting lying down on. Powder is optional, though it’s nice to always feel dry down there. Plastic panties are great because they are an additional layer of protection against leaks. Combined with the large bedwetting underpad, you’ll be we...

How to Deal with Leaks

Leaking is everybody’s worst nightmare. Leaks suck and diapers can fail in a lot of different ways. I’m here to tell you what to look out for so you can recognize the signs and prevent a catastrophe from happening. I’ve seen diapers leak from pinholes in the plastic to boosters standing too tall above leakguards. I’ve experienced leaks in all positions and in many situations. Leaks may make your bladder shut on its own and keep you from peeing which will hurt your training progress. You shouldn’t ever let your diaper get so wet and soggy that your bladder keeps you from peeing. I’ve always changed around 80% of usable capacity left so that I could always have a small emergency backup of padding just in case. This also keeps me flowing because I have peace of mind that I’m not going to leak. I’ve always recommended that you test your diapers fully and intentionally make them leak while at home so that you can learn to recognize the signs of a potential leak in the future. This way ...

Changing Schedules and Proper Hygiene

In the beginning stages of diaper training, you’re probably used to changing whenever your diaper gets soggy. You probably do this to save money and make each diaper count. Isn’t it awesome feeling soggy? Feeling that sense of accomplishment from filling your diaper all the way? You have to stop trying to get the most value out of each diaper. Diapers are here to be used and to take care of your needs. Because of this, changing on a schedule is a fantastic idea to not only incentivize you to drink enough to fully saturate your diaper before you change, it’ll also ensure that you maintain your skin and genital health. Try setting a changing schedule no more than 6 hours apart during the day. If you have a job where you work in an office, start changing your diaper on your lunch break no matter what and then again once you get home, even if you’re dry. A potential changing schedule could look something like this. Change it to your needs and schedule as needed: Wake up, shower, then chang...

How to Train During the Holidays

For those that want to keep training during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, or any other holiday throughout the year, training to become dependent on diapers can be a lot harder but it doesn’t have to be. If you learn how to adapt to these stressful situations, you’ll find that wearing diapers around your friends and family becomes quite easy. First and foremost, one must always remember that all those fears of getting “found out” usually never happen. Nobody is staring at your crotch. Nobody is staring at your butt. If you wear the right clothes over your diapers (as you already should be doing), you shouldn’t have a thing to worry about. In fact, if you haven’t already gone out and bought a few outfits that hide your diapers well, I insist that you go out and find some right now. Wear a medium capacity diaper, get it about half soggy, then go find clothes that conceal your diaper. You should broaden your horizons and find clothes that hide your soggy diapers, even if...

Diaper Dependency Tips

The longer I wear, the more tips and tricks I discover to make my life back in diapers easier. Here’s a short list of things that might help you now or in the future! Worried about leaking while bedwetting? Don’t use stuffers. Those expand and will stand above the leak guards of the diaper leading to a lot more leaks. Stuffers are fine to use while standing or sitting because your diaper forms a valley for your urine to soak into. I’ve been stuffing a baby diaper folded the other way down the back of my diaper lately. Since I usually sleep on my back, this helps make a wall between the back of my diaper and my pee. I hate that feeling of pee tickling my lower back because that means that I’m leaking or I’m about to leak; using baby diapers in this manner has prevented nearly all of those silly leaky situations. During the day, you can use those same baby diapers as replaceable boosters up front! I prefer using Luvs baby diapers because of the scent; they really remind me of when I was ...

Bladder Shrinking Exercises

Letting your bladder shrink due to unuse is what leads to diaper dependency. You can technically diaper train without wearing diapers; all you really have to do is go to the bathroom and pee as often as you can. By peeing as often as you can, you don’t allow your bladder to expand which will eventually reduce your bladder’s capacity. What I want you to do is simple. You should drink a decent amount of water, at least 32 to 64 ounces before you do the potty exercise. As soon as you feel even the smallest, tiniest little tickle that something might be in your bladder, go to the potty, sit down, and let it out immediately. You can push to get the flow started in the beginning, but the goal here is to have you wet as soon as you feel something and this will also help reduce your bladder capacity. A bladder is a muscle. If it's not being used, it'll shrink. The smaller it gets, the more often you'll feel the need to pee, and the more you pee, the smaller your bladder capacity g...

How to Wear Diapers to Work

1. Find clothes that hide a bulky diaper well so that when you wear a thin diaper, it'll disappear under the clothes. 2. Once you find good clothes, don't bother wearing a diaper to work just yet. Scope out potential changing areas. Think about how you would act if you were wearing diapers there. 3. After you spend a week or so scoping out the area, wear the thinnest diaper you can find. I recommend the Tranquility Slimline. It's a plastic backed diaper that is as discreet and thin as it gets. Simply wear this to work for a few weeks and don't use it. Keep using the bathroom as needed normally. Test some diaper changes during lunch time, too. You can do them in your car, some restaurant's bathroom, or even your work's bathroom. Figure out a good method of disposal. If the trash can at your job is tiny, you'll need to find a different disposal solution. 4. Once you do this for a few weeks, wear your regular diaper to work and like before, don't use it. Go...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Seventeen Months

I had held a poll on my Twitter asking if I should wear a butt plug to Christmas dinner. Needless to say, the results were overwhelmingly positive. While my followers had voted that I wear a large one, the one I had selected didn’t stay in all that well when I walked so I went with my next best option: the large Doc Johnson silicone plug. Its traditional shape made it simple to wear, and as it slipped inside of me to be held for the next few hours, I gradually grew accustomed to the weight and feeling of the plug nestled in between my butt cheeks. Even though I didn’t acknowledge it at the time, I felt comforted that I wouldn’t have to deal with any messy diapers at my family dinner because the plug would protect me. In order to ensure that I had no messy accidents at dinner, I had been careful of what I ate in the few days leading up to the event, and in the hours before the event, I cleaned myself out with a few enemas. I prefer using the bag that you hang up on something with a long...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Sixteen Months

Sorry for the inactivity on this side blog of mine; I was busy getting a job and then getting laid off because of the “recession” a month after getting hired. It was a decent job but the boss liked to micromanage the hell out of me. Guess I’m back to diaper training people and writing ABDL erotica full time for a while. It sure was nice being able to save some money instead of having all of it go to rent and bills. As for this messing challenge update, I’ve been playing a game and seeing if I can make it to the potty once I feel the need to poop. Don’t worry, I’m just seeing how long it takes me before I have no choice but to give in and let my diaper get a nice little brown present; I’m not actually using the potty for anything. More often than not, I haven’t been able to make it to the potty, though I haven’t exactly been trying my hardest. It’s just a fun little game I’ve been doing to keep things fresh. I keep doing what I’m doing as I feel a little pressure grow within my bowels a...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Twelve Months

I cannot believe it, and yet, here it is: I've spent one full year messing my diapers and I still have two full years to go before this challenge expires. I haven't touched a single potty other than my own for cleaning purposes for my guests and I have not once ever used a public bathroom other than to change myself. Since I'm at my one year anniversary with two more years ahead of me, I would like to say I'm a third of the way there but I have a feeling that even if I neared the end of this challenge, more and more time would just get added on. That's just how it's always worked throughout this last year, and thanks to a select few of you, I have a feeling I'll never be stopping this fun challenge of mine. In the beginning, I thought this challenge would be a month long tops, but little by little, more and more time was put on. Once I hit the six week mark, I saw that I had nearly two whole months to go. I was afraid. I was nervous. And you know what? That...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Nine Months

TL;DR: Messing is really fun because it improves my life, I'm back to using the Potty Diaper Nights hypnosis to make me mess in my sleep again, and I'm using larger toys anally almost every day in the hopes that it'll make it easier for me to mess at night. It's gotten so easy to let my body take control over its needs. In fact, messing has improved my quality of life over using the potty. Yes, pooping my diapers has made my life better. Don't believe me? Here's how it does! 1. I don't spend half an hour sitting on the toilet browsing stuff on my phone anymore. I mess, clean up, and I'm in a fresh diaper in five minutes tops. This saves me so much time each day because I'm going to change and use baby wipes with each change anyways. 2. It's a good excuse to get into a fresh diaper. 3. I don't have to stop what I'm doing when the urge to poop hits me. Everyone else has to scurry off to find a potty, but not me! I can keep doing what I'...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Seven Months

I bet some of you noticed that I was a bit quiet this last week or so; it was because I was getting ready for and went to a big family reunion! Because of the pandemic, all of us thought it best to hold off until things were a bit better and things had settled down somewhat. This last week had been on the books for months and was something I was both looking forward to and worrying about. This trip wasn’t something with just my immediate family, it involved all of my extended family! We all came together for multiple days at my grandparent’s place because they have a big home that can host a lot of guests and it was a pretty centralized location since everyone is kinda spread out all over the place. Part of me was fearful of what could happen if someone discovered what I was wearing underneath my clothes, especially since I can’t take a break during this messing challenge. Since we were going to be hanging out with literally everyone in the family, I couldn’t take any chances at all. I...
