Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Sixteen Months

Sorry for the inactivity on this side blog of mine; I was busy getting a job and then getting laid off because of the “recession” a month after getting hired. It was a decent job but the boss liked to micromanage the hell out of me. Guess I’m back to diaper training people and writing ABDL erotica full time for a while. It sure was nice being able to save some money instead of having all of it go to rent and bills. As for this messing challenge update, I’ve been playing a game and seeing if I can make it to the potty once I feel the need to poop. Don’t worry, I’m just seeing how long it takes me before I have no choice but to give in and let my diaper get a nice little brown present; I’m not actually using the potty for anything. More often than not, I haven’t been able to make it to the potty, though I haven’t exactly been trying my hardest. It’s just a fun little game I’ve been doing to keep things fresh. I keep doing what I’m doing as I feel a little pressure grow within my bowels a...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Twelve Months

I cannot believe it, and yet, here it is: I've spent one full year messing my diapers and I still have two full years to go before this challenge expires. I haven't touched a single potty other than my own for cleaning purposes for my guests and I have not once ever used a public bathroom other than to change myself. Since I'm at my one year anniversary with two more years ahead of me, I would like to say I'm a third of the way there but I have a feeling that even if I neared the end of this challenge, more and more time would just get added on. That's just how it's always worked throughout this last year, and thanks to a select few of you, I have a feeling I'll never be stopping this fun challenge of mine. In the beginning, I thought this challenge would be a month long tops, but little by little, more and more time was put on. Once I hit the six week mark, I saw that I had nearly two whole months to go. I was afraid. I was nervous. And you know what? That...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Nine Months

TL;DR: Messing is really fun because it improves my life, I'm back to using the Potty Diaper Nights hypnosis to make me mess in my sleep again, and I'm using larger toys anally almost every day in the hopes that it'll make it easier for me to mess at night. It's gotten so easy to let my body take control over its needs. In fact, messing has improved my quality of life over using the potty. Yes, pooping my diapers has made my life better. Don't believe me? Here's how it does! 1. I don't spend half an hour sitting on the toilet browsing stuff on my phone anymore. I mess, clean up, and I'm in a fresh diaper in five minutes tops. This saves me so much time each day because I'm going to change and use baby wipes with each change anyways. 2. It's a good excuse to get into a fresh diaper. 3. I don't have to stop what I'm doing when the urge to poop hits me. Everyone else has to scurry off to find a potty, but not me! I can keep doing what I'...

Tips from a Diaper Dependency Expert

The longer I wear, the more tips and tricks I discover to make my life back in diapers easier. Here’s a short list of things that might help you now or in the future! Worried about leaking while bedwetting? Don’t use stuffers. Those expand and will stand above the leak guards of the diaper leading to a lot more leaks. Stuffers are fine to use while standing or sitting because your diaper forms a valley for your urine to soak into. I’ve been stuffing a baby diaper folded the other way down the back of my diaper lately. Since I usually sleep on my back, this helps make a wall between the back of my diaper and my pee. I hate that feeling of pee tickling my lower back because that means that I’m leaking or I’m about to leak; using baby diapers in this manner has prevented nearly all of those silly leaky situations. During the day, you can use those same baby diapers as replaceable boosters up front! I prefer using Luvs baby diapers because of the scent; they really remind me of when I was ...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Seven Months

I bet some of you noticed that I was a bit quiet this last week or so; it was because I was getting ready for and went to a big family reunion! Because of the pandemic, all of us thought it best to hold off until things were a bit better and things had settled down somewhat. This last week had been on the books for months and was something I was both looking forward to and worrying about. This trip wasn’t something with just my immediate family, it involved all of my extended family! We all came together for multiple days at my grandparent’s place because they have a big home that can host a lot of guests and it was a pretty centralized location since everyone is kinda spread out all over the place. Part of me was fearful of what could happen if someone discovered what I was wearing underneath my clothes, especially since I can’t take a break during this messing challenge. Since we were going to be hanging out with literally everyone in the family, I couldn’t take any chances at all. I...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Six Months

In my last post, I had mentioned using a hypnosis track to help me start messing at night. That one time when I woke up needing to poop immediately scared me, making me stop using the hypnosis track for a while. I thought it’d be fun to just wake up already messy and to go about my morning as usual because getting the act out of the way would help save some time, and while I’m certain that it would, learning to poop at night while I’m sleeping is still something I’m on the fence about. What do you think? Should I keep using it? I need someone to really convince me to do it. Messing has become so normal that it’s something I do without giving it much thought until I need to change. I think my body is just so used to using my diapers since I wear them literally all the time. Because of that, as soon as I feel that familiar pressure in my bowels, I get to keep doing what I’m doing until I feel it pressing against my hole, telling me that it’s going to come out no matter what; it’s only a ...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Five Months

152 days ago was when I started messing full time. That means a full FIVE MONTHS have passed of me pooping in my diapers. It’s crazy to think I’ll be doing this for a full year. As it is now, the timer isn’t going to expire till October 8, 2022; my heart races just thinking about the timer going into 2023. Just like any other Christmas morning, I woke up with a wide smile on my face but it wasn’t because of presents under a tree, it was me feeling an all too familiar pressure in my tummy a lot earlier than usual. In these past couple of weeks, I have been listening to the Potty Diaper Nights hypnosis from Baby Pants just to see what would happen. For those interested, here’s a cut-down version of the description of the file: Potty Diaper Nights: Perhaps being a "Potty Pants" isn't a bad thing. Constipation occurs when the baby's stools cause significant difficulty and discomfort when being passed. Anxiety, stress and the lingering negative associations with having ...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Four Months

Only four months? Feels like a lot longer than that haha. Today marked the 125th day of me messing my diapers full time. On days that I don't make messes, I let myself have some fun with my butt plugs (wish I had bigger ones; I would love to feel more full especially when I'm relaxing at home) because when I push it out, it feels like I'm pooping myself. I really enjoy letting it rest inside of me, all snug and in its rightful place, letting my hole get tighter until I get to push it out. It's how I've been practicing messing in different spots and positions. It also helps me enjoy pushing stuff into my diaper. =P   Public family bathroom? (One person bathroom with lock on door so I was alone. :P) Easy. I just sat on the potty and pushed the plug out. The diaper kept it held in place, making it easy for me to put my hand on the seat of my diaper and push it right back in. Makes shopping for groceries fun.   In my car at a stoplight? Super easy. Same shit as before i...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Three Months

Wow, three whole months already? Time sure flies when you’re having fun! Before I started this challenge, I wasn’t too fond of messing my diapers, but now that mindset is changing. Sure, the act itself still isn’t as pleasant because of the smell and the time it takes to ensure I’m fully cleaned, however, the positives sure do make up for it! I’ve noticed some improvements in my mindset and mental health from doing this challenge, including feeling less anxious when I feel like I have to poop while in public. Since I’ve been doing this for 3 months straight (with no breaks or emergency exceptions, I’m proud to say!), it’s easier to mess than ever before. Whenever I feel the signal from my tummy that I need to poop, I get to keep doing whatever I’m doing because I know I’m protected and kept safe by my diaper. Sometimes I push (with what little strength I have left down there) but most of the time it’s just easier to let my body push it out on its own. It’s the same for when I’m in publ...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Ten Weeks

Since it's been ten whole weeks of me doing this challenge, I feel that today is a special day! I hosted an AMA where I answered my follower's questions below. How has messing your diapers impacted your life in ways that you didn’t anticipate? It’s made my home a little bit stinkier for sure! I’ve been using more candles to cover up the scent that should only be in a bathroom, but now I’m messing basically anywhere at home. Another thing I didn’t anticipate would be just how much water I have to drink to ensure my poops remain uniform and normal. Learning to mess on a schedule ensures that I won’t have any accidents unless I eat bad food so I’ve been doing my best to eat better. Because of that, I’ve been losing a little weight here and there, doing wonders for my general mood and overall happiness. I haven’t really noticed any other distinct changes or impacts because I’ve been bladder dependent on diapers for years now. How do you handle the smells of a messy diaper? Since I ...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Six Weeks

I can't believe it, but it's already been a month and a half of me messing my diapers. The timer doesn't expire till late October, so I still have another 55 days of me not touching the potty for anything. I've hesitantly opened up my wishlist again if y'all want to add more time; the link is at the bottom. Has messing myself gotten easier? Heck yea. I actually kinda like it now. Has cleaning up gotten easier? Heck nah. However, since I use baby wipes to clean myself off anyways, who cares where my poo ends up? Better out than in, as they say. Doesn't matter where it ends up to me. They say that it takes two to three weeks for you to get used to a new routine, and they're right. That mental prompt that sent me to the potty whenever I felt pressure in my bowels has now been replaced by another mental prompt signaling me to stop whatever I'm doing, get on my hands and knees, and push. And frankly, all the kinkiness aside from me pooping myself on purpose, ...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Two Weeks

Hey everyone! I think it would be best to provide updates like this here and there detailing my descent into messing myself 24/7. It’s been just over two weeks and I haven’t touched the toilet for anything; I even shut off the water supply to it earlier this week! I don’t even use it to flush my poo down it. I just leave it in the diaper, tie it all up in a bag, then I take out the trash every night. I haven’t had another one of those stomach aches that made me fill my diaper like last week, a fact that I’m really grateful for. Sitting in poo for that long wasn’t fun, but it was better than the alternative of trying my hardest to painfully hold it all in until I got home. When I feel that familiar pressure in my bowels, instead of getting up to go use the potty like an adult, I’ve been either squatting down next to my bed or I settle down onto my legs, giving the back of my diaper enough room to expand. I do this on top of a disposable bedwetting underpad in case of leakage, too. Once ...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: One Week

Hey y’all! Got a fun update for ya! It’s been nearly a full week of me messing my diapers. It’s been a bit of a struggle to be sure, but one that I’ve accepted. I’m working to see if it’s something that I can transition to full time messing instead of only once in a blue moon and I’m still kinda sorta on the fence about it. I rarely mess my diapers, except on rare occasions when others challenged me. I figured out a good way to keep the cleaning ickiness down by only messing my diaper squatting down. It just feels… natural, I guess? It’s a lot easier for me to go poo poo in this position and it’s easy to clean up, too. I figured out that untaping right after messing and using the back of the diaper to wipe away all the messy stuffs really helps minimizing the amount of time needed to clean myself. There’s no point in letting it get all squished against my butt when I stand back up, after all. I’ve been messing myself in this position nearly all of this past week and it’s been working o...

How Bedwetting can Improve Your Life

You won't wake up with a full bladder every morning.   Ever wake up in the morning and everything feels just perfect except for that one little thing? Yes, I'm talking about that tingling feeling in your bladder that's telling you to get out of bed right now to go relieve yourself. As a bedwetter, you won't have to get out of bed as soon as you wake up to go pee; it'll already be in your diaper! And trust me, waking up soggy and feeling super refreshed is the best way to start your day! You can stay in bed longer once you wake up.   Going back to the first reason, you can actually chill in bed on your phone for a while. If you're wearing a good diaper, you should  have enough padding left for one more wetting. I keep a few baby diapers on or in my nightstand that I can just shove down the front of my diaper if I don't want to get out of bed just yet. You don't have to ever worry about wetting the bed after a long night of drinking.   I've had thi...

Diapers and Trips

When you go on a trip, always be sure to pack the essentials PLUS extras! This means that if you or your little one goes through 3 to 4 diapers a day, bring an extra diaper or two per day to ensure that you or your little one will always be protected no matter what. If you think you might need baby powder or baby wipes, bring them. If you think you or your little might need a stuffed animal and/or their pacifier(s) to keep them calm during the car ride, bring them. So let’s say you’re going on vacation for 7 days. You or your little one would use up 21 to 28 diapers in those 7 days if you were at home, but we all know that vacations and road trips can throw a curve ball your way; ever change a messy diaper in the bathroom of a gas station or a rest stop on the side of the highway because someone had a tummy ache come out of nowhere? At minimum, you’d have to bring two bags of Betterdrys or three bags of any major ABDL diaper company’s diapers (ABU, Tykables, Rearz) for just 7 day...

Proper Powder Placement

We’ve all used baby powder at some point, right? There’s a ton of different scents and brands out there that there’s always going to be something for everyone. But where should we put it? How should we use it? And best of all, how much should we use? I’ve spent a lot of time working all of that out, so here are my results! Inside the diaper on top of the padding  -   This is a good place to start, though you don’t want to over do it. Just a very light sprinkling will do the trick! I read somewhere that if you use too much, it can clog the absorbent parts of the diaper and reduce the absorbent powers of these magical poofy panties that keep us all from having little accidents here and there. On the wings of the diaper  - This is probably the best spot to use baby powder, especially if you sweat around this area. Obviously you want to put the powder on the inside, not the outside part of the diaper. I recommend this the most during the summer or when it’s hot outside....

How to Handle People Discovering Your Diapers

So you prefer to wear diapers instead of panties/boxers? Good. Diapers are obviously the better choice! Panties or boxers simply aren't absorbent in the slightest, and if you dribble even so much as a few drops, it'll be obvious that you had a small accident on the front of your bottoms. It's just better to be in diapers, just in case. Naturally, people will eventually discover that you're wearing diapers, so it's best to be prepared for when that time comes. Here's how to handle that with different kinds of people! 1. Complete Strangers: These are the people that you find out in public, like supermarkets, on the street, and in various stores. If these people notice that you're diapered, you're in no danger at all, so don't worry about a thing! You'll never ever see these people ever again, and if you do, chances are that they are not going to remember you or why they remember you if they do. There is also a very, very, high chance that they...

How to Test a New Diaper

Whenever I get to try out a new diaper, I have to put it through its paces first before I can wear it and depend on it. Since I haven't had any control over my bladder in recent years, I have to be able to trust my diaper to keep me safe from leaking under typical conditions. I simply cannot grab a brand new diaper and go out in public without testing it first, and this is how I do that! I don't use any boosters, powders, or creams. I simply tape it on and relax at home. I sit on top of a waterproof underpad and drink lots of water. I'll get up, touch the back of the diaper to see how much dry padding is left, then I sit back down. When I feel wetness on my butt cheeks, I'll check to see if I've leaked yet, then I'll keep wetting until I do leak. I feel around the diaper and find out where and how I leaked, then I make a mental note of that. After I change my diaper into another of the same kind, I get it nice and soggy, then I go for a walk in my neighborho...
