Messy Diaper Challenge Update: Four Months

Only four months? Feels like a lot longer than that haha. Today marked the 125th day of me messing my diapers full time.

On days that I don't make messes, I let myself have some fun with my butt plugs (wish I had bigger ones; I would love to feel more full especially when I'm relaxing at home) because when I push it out, it feels like I'm pooping myself. I really enjoy letting it rest inside of me, all snug and in its rightful place, letting my hole get tighter until I get to push it out. It's how I've been practicing messing in different spots and positions. It also helps me enjoy pushing stuff into my diaper. =P

Public family bathroom? (One person bathroom with lock on door so I was alone. :P) Easy. I just sat on the potty and pushed the plug out. The diaper kept it held in place, making it easy for me to put my hand on the seat of my diaper and push it right back in. Makes shopping for groceries fun.

In my car at a stoplight? Super easy. Same shit as before in the public bathroom. Diaper keeps it held in place all I have to do is push it right back into place.

It truly feels satisfying (and naughty af, too!) to not only be padded, but plugged in public. I hope it doesn't make me get used to pooping my diaper in public haha; not really trying to get there.

A couple weeks ago, I went shopping at Wal-Mart to get some essentials and I had decided to have some fun with the plug once I got back in my car. I wanted to push my plug out a few times before the ride home. On the third push, though, I felt something else other than the plug follow the plug into my diaper. I believe I was wearing a Rearz Dino at the time; I didn't have to worry about leaking or anything cuz of the tall leakguards. I got lucky when I realized it was only a small amount of poo, but I didn't feel like I had to go. I obviously couldn't push the plug back in, so I made it home pretty quickly and cleaned everything up.

Life sure is full of surprises when you're plugged and padded!

As for Thanksgiving dinner with my family, as I do with every time I hang out with them, I do my bestest to hide the fact that I'm wearing a diaper. In previous years I'd wear a super thin diaper like the Tranquility ATN but this year I wore a Betterdry; my parents like to pour heavy with the wine. I made sure not to drink a lot cuz I didn't plan on changing at their house.

Before that, though, while I was at my place, I made sure to push as much as I could into my diaper that morning, staying crouched down for what felt like forever. I didn't eat anything in the days leading up to this day that would upset my stomach and make me poop more than once that day. Kinda wish I had that electric enema on my wishlist; it'd make it sooooo easy making sure that I'm totally cleaned out.
And yes, that messy, hot enema water would have no place to go but right into my diaper. Still can't use the toilet for anything.

Lastly, I've been learning to eat a lot better and I've been figuring out what foods make my stomach upset. Chicken with too much olive oil, ramen noodles, and junk food all lead to mushy messes that are horrible and hard to clean up compared to messes that are solid and mainly one or two pieces. I don't mind doing this challenge so long as I can keep my messes easy to clean up.

The Basics of Diaper Training

1: Throw away all of your underwear (but keep your bras if you’re a lady!). This leaves you nothing but diapers to wear as underwear, and as we all know, wearing nothing down there can lead to some irritation. Not good for princess parts! Throwing away all of your undies ensures that you’ll have to wear diapers, and nothing but diapers. If you want to truly commit to this, then do that, or if you’re on the fence about it and want to try it out, stash all of your undies in a backpack or something that you can lock or put a lock on, then give that key to your bestie and have them not give it back until a week, two weeks, a month, or however long you feel like! 1a. Buy a large supply of diapers. I chose to go with the Abena M4 for starters, and have kept with it all the way through. For when you start dribbling (see below!), you can switch to a thinner diaper, like the cloth backed Abena M2. For lighter days, I’ve found that tena makes some decent diapers, same with Tranquility/Select...

Getting Used to Wearing Diapers to Work

As part of your diaper training journey, if you work an in person job, you’ll inevitably have to wear diapers to work. Naturally, there are some jobs that will keep you from wearing diapers. If you work any kind of job that saves people’s lives in a first responder type of role, I beg you to wait until you find a job where you don’t have to run around a lot. Being dependent on diapers as a police officer isn’t going to help anyone. This article is for those who work more sedentary type jobs. Select a diaper that is discreet, comfortable, and provides the appropriate level of absorbency for your needs. Look for brands that offer a slim profile and designs that resemble regular underwear to help you feel more at ease at the start. Ease into wearing diapers at work by gradually increasing the duration of time you wear them. The way I recommend is to wear clothes that will adequately hide your diapers. Go to work wearing adaptive underwear; Aerie makes a pair of panties with bra clasps on ...

How to Accept Yourself as a Bedwetter

Reconciling bedwetting with yourself can be challenging, but here are a few suggestions to help you adapt to your new normal as a bedwetter. Identify as a bedwetter at the start of your training. That means you would have to wear diapers to bed every single night. If you spent a lot of time training today/last week/last month, surely you wouldn’t feel too confident about your level of control at night. Bedwetting is more common than you might think, affecting people of all ages. Recognize that it is a physiological issue and not a reflection of personal failure or inadequacy. Remember, bedwetting is good for you and will help make you become dependent on diapers faster. Accepting the need for adult diapers or other protective measures can provide reassurance and help manage bedwetting effectively. Modern adult diapers and protective bedding options are designed to be discreet, comfortable, and highly absorbent, ensuring you can sleep comfortably and minimize any potential discomfort or...
