So here’s what I recommend for you, and this applies to all the girls and
boys out there who are interested in wanting to need diapers. This method will
make you see that diapers are obviously the better choice of undies! This works
best when you have a full day/weekend to play around.
1: When you wake up, don’t put on any kind of diapers or padding. Drink some coffee or juice, and at least 2-4 big cups of it. Go about your day at home, and every 10-15 minutes, drink 16 ounces of water until you need to pee at least 4-10 times an hour.
2: Whenever you feel the slightest tinkling to use the bathroom, stop whatever you’re doing and run to go pee in the toilet like a big girl/boy does. Even the slightest inkling of an urge, tickle, or even if you think you felt something, go sit on the toilet until something trickles out. If nothing comes out after five minutes, drink water until something does come out! This is a good time to practice holding your bladder open, too! This helps a lot. :)
3: After a few hours of this, and after peeing, like, 30 times in the last 3 hours, you’ll come to realize that going to the bathroom so often is getting annoying, and that you wish that there was an easier way. Well, there is, and that’s where diapers come in! Go throw one on right now and we’ll continue your transition to a cutie that needs to wear diapers like me!
4: Now that you’re properly padded like you normally should be, keep drinking 16 ounces of water every 20-30 minutes now. As soon as you feel the slightest inkling of needing to pee, stop whatever you’re doing and let it out immediately; don’t move until you do. Change diapers as needed, and you’ll need a lot! This is totally fine and completely natural, and you shouldn’t worry about using your diapers a lot faster than usual. Using baby diapers as stuffers helped me a ton, and they’re cheap at Walmart! I like to use Luvs, as they have that smell that reminds me of being diapered from my childhood; they have a very distinct smell!
5: After a full day of this, you might start to notice that your bladder can’t hold as much. This process trains your bladder to go as soon as you feel something, which is great! Over time, it’ll grow smaller and smaller, and you’ll feel like you need to go more often, even when you’re not drinking as much.
6: Drinking lots of liquids helps speeds this process along until you can just barely feel yourself going. You don’t want to hold anything back at all. Letting out little trickles that barely make your diaper warm up is completely fine, and this is exactly what you want to do. Do not push or bear down like you normally do, and when you’re done, try keeping your bladder open for as long as you can. This helps diaper training a ton, and makes it easier to wet!

When you’re sitting down and relaxing,
then feel like you might need to pee and then have that feeling disappear after
a few seconds, that means you most likely wet like a good lil baby!
When feel your diaper warm up or grow thicker between your legs without
you knowing if you wet or not, you’ll know that my training advice has helped
you achieve what I have done months ago. :)
That plenty of liquids, with plenty of running to the toilet, to minimize holding. So the apparent habit of not holding is being formed, from practice.
