The Path to Diaper Dependency V8 is out + Discord Training Server Updates!

Hey everyone, I have great news!

(Screenshots of new guide, my Discord training server, and even a link to download a sample of the new guide included below!)

The Path to Diaper Dependency Version 8 is out! (Click this link to buy!) I pushed myself super duper hard to get it done, and even stayed up late working on it almost every single night since late June 2025.

It's 32.3k words and 111 pages long, is formatted to be easily viewed on mobile devices, and each chapter in the table of contents has a clickable link that takes you directly to that chapter.

The way my training guides get updated is fairly straightforward. I take the previous guide and really look at it critically. If a chapter is too small, I either combine it with another similar chapter or I'll add a lot more content to it. Then, I revise each chapter, adding all the new training knowledge, tactics, and information that I learned since the last guide update.

Next, I then scour the guide for repeated information. I may sometimes repeat myself in more than one section just to get a certain point across, and mainly because I don't want you to have to keep skipping back and forth between chapters to put all the pieces together. Doing it this way keeps everything streamlined and easy to understand.

As you can see in the table of contents below, I took the time to explain everything associated with becoming dependent on diapers, including bedwetting, how to get used to messing, and everything in between.

In the last guide, I didn't really make a clear-cut training schedule, so I took the time to develop one. The cool thing about this new one is that while I have only six months of detailed training tasks and assignments, if you aren't able to complete everything in each week, month, or phase, you will have to restart at the beginning of that week or month. That way, you can ensure that you build a solid foundation for your inevitable dependency upon diapers.

If you join my Patreon at Tier I or higher, you'll unlock a whole suit of training channels (screenshotted below). If you can train with just my training guide, great! However, if you have any issues in training yourself, you can always upgrade your tier! (If you upgrade your tier in the same 30 day period that you bought my guide in, you just pay the difference in price between the two tiers.)

I want to make it clear that you have to link your Patreon and Discord accounts together on Patreon in order to access my Discord training server. (Here's how to do it! and here's where to make your Discord account) If you have any issues with it, please don't hesitate to reach out. When you subscribe to any of my tiers, the Patreon bot gives you automatic access to the Discord server based on which tier you subscribed to. (Tier I at $25 USD/month unlocks all training channels for 1 month). To be clear, you can download just my training guide without having to make a Discord account. You can download straight from the pinned post on my Patreon page.

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: June 2025!

I know it’s been a while since I’ve done one of these. Terribly sorry about that! I assure you that I haven’t deviated from the challenge, nor have I touched a potty anywhere at any time. This challenge started on July 26, 2021, which was 3 years, 10 months, and 13 days ago. I’m so close to my 4 year anniversary! Currently, the challenge ends on July 10, 2026, but I don’t think you guys will let me stop.  (Pretty please don’t let me stop; I love this challenge) I had my first messing around my friends at my new place last weekend for my housewarming party. We got chinese takeout and something in the food didn't sit right with my tummy, so I excused myself to the bathroom, squatted down, and did the deed in my diaper as I had no other option. I had the fan on to make some background noise. Afterwards, I cleaned myself up and changed into a fresh diaper that I had stashed under the sink. While the friends I invited over know I need diapers, they don't know about my messing cha...

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: July 2025!

You know how your dreams can be influenced by external noises? Like, you fall asleep watching tiktok and it keeps looping and playing the same audio, and then that audio affects your dreams? Well, after some of my dreams got influenced by whichever tiktok I fell asleep to, that gave me a wonderful idea! I found a soft and calming piano song, then recorded myself saying affirming lines. Here are some of my favs!

The Basics of Diaper Training

1: Throw away all of your underwear (but keep your bras if you’re a lady!). This leaves you nothing but diapers to wear as underwear, and as we all know, wearing nothing down there can lead to some irritation. Not good for princess parts! Throwing away all of your undies ensures that you’ll have to wear diapers, and nothing but diapers. If you want to truly commit to this, then do that, or if you’re on the fence about it and want to try it out, stash all of your undies in a backpack or something that you can lock or put a lock on, then give that key to your bestie and have them not give it back until a week, two weeks, a month, or however long you feel like! 1a. Buy a large supply of diapers. I chose to go with the Abena M4 for starters, and have kept with it all the way through. For when you start dribbling (see below!), you can switch to a thinner diaper, like the cloth backed Abena M2. For lighter days, I’ve found that tena makes some decent diapers, same with Tranquility/Select...
