Diaper Conditioning

Diaper conditioning yourself is really easy if you follow these simple rules.

1. For the next few days, drink a lot of water, followed by a big cup of coffee or a couple glasses of soda. Since your bladder is full, the coffee and/or soda will make you need to pee a lot more frequently. After an hour or so of keeping this up, you’ll find that throughout the day, you’ll be needing to go to the bathroom constantly, at least 2-3 times an hour. You should keep drinking a lot of water and anything else that is a diuretic (something that stimulates your bladder to fill up fast) all throughout the day.

2. At the end of the day, you’ll have gone to the potty at least five to fifteen times as often as you normally would. Naturally, this took a lot of time out of your day, and you wonder what options are out there to help manage your now-weakened bladder.

3. When it’s time for bed, you can stop drinking fluids. You’ll try to fall asleep, but you’ll find that your bladder always fills back up to the point where you need to get up and relieve yourself before you can fall asleep. If you manage to fall asleep, you will most definitely wake up in the middle of the night at least once or twice to go relieve yourself. You’ll wonder if there’s something out there to make it so that you can get a full night’s sleep every single night.

4. After a few days have passed, you realize that wearing diapers is the obvious answer to your wittle problem. Keep up the high intake of fluids for a couple of weeks, and you’ll find that wearing diapers 24/7 has improved your life, allowing you to keep doing whatever you do during the day while also letting you get a full night’s rest each and every night. At this stage, your bladder will be small, and you’ll start to depend on diapers, just like a little toddler does.

Just make sure to wear thick diapers at night; you just might leak!

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: July 2025!

You know how your dreams can be influenced by external noises? Like, you fall asleep watching tiktok and it keeps looping and playing the same audio, and then that audio affects your dreams? Well, after some of my dreams got influenced by whichever tiktok I fell asleep to, that gave me a wonderful idea! I found a soft and calming piano song, then recorded myself saying affirming lines. Here are some of my favs!

Messy Diaper Challenge Update: June 2025!

I know it’s been a while since I’ve done one of these. Terribly sorry about that! I assure you that I haven’t deviated from the challenge, nor have I touched a potty anywhere at any time. This challenge started on July 26, 2021, which was 3 years, 10 months, and 13 days ago. I’m so close to my 4 year anniversary! Currently, the challenge ends on July 10, 2026, but I don’t think you guys will let me stop.  (Pretty please don’t let me stop; I love this challenge) I had my first messing around my friends at my new place last weekend for my housewarming party. We got chinese takeout and something in the food didn't sit right with my tummy, so I excused myself to the bathroom, squatted down, and did the deed in my diaper as I had no other option. I had the fan on to make some background noise. Afterwards, I cleaned myself up and changed into a fresh diaper that I had stashed under the sink. While the friends I invited over know I need diapers, they don't know about my messing cha...

The Basics of Diaper Training

1: Throw away all of your underwear (but keep your bras if you’re a lady!). This leaves you nothing but diapers to wear as underwear, and as we all know, wearing nothing down there can lead to some irritation. Not good for princess parts! Throwing away all of your undies ensures that you’ll have to wear diapers, and nothing but diapers. If you want to truly commit to this, then do that, or if you’re on the fence about it and want to try it out, stash all of your undies in a backpack or something that you can lock or put a lock on, then give that key to your bestie and have them not give it back until a week, two weeks, a month, or however long you feel like! 1a. Buy a large supply of diapers. I chose to go with the Abena M4 for starters, and have kept with it all the way through. For when you start dribbling (see below!), you can switch to a thinner diaper, like the cloth backed Abena M2. For lighter days, I’ve found that tena makes some decent diapers, same with Tranquility/Select...
