Training isn’t a sprint, it’s a long marathon. Everyone eventually reaches the finish line at their own pace. Don’t get discouraged if someone becomes diaper dependent before you. Be happy for them and remind yourself that that’ll be you soon enough. See what worked for them and integrate it into your own method of training. If it works, great! If not, adapt and keep pushing forward. Learn to not care what others think. This is the most important part. There is no point worrying about what strangers think of you because you’ll never meet them again. Do you care what someone on the sidewalk is wearing? No. Do you think about what kind of underwear they’re wearing? No. Do you stare at their butt or crotch? No! People generally don’t stare at people’s butts because it’s just rude. Don’t care what society expects of you. Just like the previous paragraph, learning to not give a damn what society expects of you is nearly as important about your learning to not care what others think of you. ...
